Climate Save the Earth Movement

On Tuesday the 17th September the entire school joined the Climate Save the Earth Movement Johannesburg branch in a “Breath4earth” guided yoga and meditation session led by Tamar Dakes.
The children were involved in creating a human tree to signify the importance of trees to our environment. It was to make them aware that we need to give back to mother earth and we need our trees to live to give us oxygen.
We also created the shape of Africa to remind us that if we carry on destroying our environment, we will no longer have mother earth. Thank you, Paula Plit, for a wonderful morning and for educating our learners on an important topic.
