Our annual Sports Day finally arrived and what a spectacular day it turned out to be. Blue skies and warm sunshine added to the festive atmosphere as learners, teachers, and parents gathered at our lovely venue, Holy Family College, in Parktown.
After many weeks of preparation our learners were ready to compete. Our runners showed real determination and each and every learner gave their very best effort. Some of the highlights of the day were the entertaining novelty races and exciting relays; each nail-biting finish had spectators on the edge of their seats. Our teachers and parents also had a turn to test their athleticism and impress the crowd. Congratulations go to Eland, the Yellow Team, who emerged victorious after an outstanding performance throughout the event.
We are so proud of all our learners for their teamwork, perseverance, and enthusiasm. It was truly heartwarming to see our CityKidz community come together to enjoy such a memorable day. Sports Day 2026 will be remembered as a joyful celebration of effort, sportsmanship, and school pride. What an exciting and happy day it was for everyone involved!
