Grade 6 Leader Development Course

Our Grade 6’s attended a Leader Development Course at Wag 'n Bietjie Camp Site. The Grade 6s had the wonderful opportunity to go and enjoy themselves at The Farm Yard - Wag ‘n Bietjie Campsite. The purpose of the day was to develop the learners’ leadership skills and hopefully start identifying potential candidates for monitors/prefects. The learners were taken on obstacle courses and team building exercises, they also enjoyed a hearty meal and ended the day off with a swim.

t was a pleasure to see our future leaders fully participating and having fun. We are hopeful that this trip has taught and instilled a sense of community and service in our learners. That they will also take the lessons learnt and apply it in their everyday lives. We’d like to thank our hosts at Wag ‘n Bietjie for a great day.

A special thanks to the Grade 6 teachers who accompanied the classes and Mr Mgobhozi for organizing the day for the team. Last but not least ,thank you to the parents, for their support.
