From 3 to 5 September 2025, Grade 4 learners embarked on a 3-day adventure to Edu Farm Camp, a destination known for its unique blend of outdoor education and hands-on farming experiences.
Day 1: Settling In and Team Building Upon arrival, learners were introduced to farm life. The day was crowned by the snake show and the dog show.
Day 2: Farm Life and Exploration Learners experienced sustainable farming practices. The afternoon included the mud pool and obstacle courses which encouraged cooperation and problem-solving. Day 2 ended with an auction of lost and found items which they had to buy back by losing hard-earned team points and a talent show, where learners showcased their creativity and confidence.
Day 3: Reflection and Farewell Learners reflected on the trip. It was heartwarming to see how much they had grown—both individually and as a group—in just three days. After a hearty breakfast, we boarded the bus back to school, tired but full of joy and new memories. A Trip to Remember The Grade 4 trip to EduFarm Camp was more than just a getaway; it was an opportunity for learners to connect with nature, develop life skills, and bond with classmates in a supportive environment. The laughter and life lessons gained over these three days will undoubtedly stay with them for years to come.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Principal, teachers, staff at EduFarm Camp and parents who helped make this trip a safe and meaningful experience for all.
