CityKidz Mardi Gras 2023!

There is no better way to welcome new parents and learners to our CityKidz family, than with a superbly well executed Mardi Gras Tea party!

Our CityKidz staff definitely went out of their way to create the street parade atmosphere. Starting with our new Grade one learners, parading the netball court led by their teachers, to our little Grade RRs and Rs with their marvelous Mardi Gras moves, and our Grade one boys showing off their Tik-Tok talent. Let us not forget our confident dancing-dads who stole the show. It is always fun to see our mums and dads never saying no to a competitive challenge.

Well done to our winning couple, showing off what good communication between parents is made of! To our stunning mommy-daughter duo, well done on winning our best dressed prize. Despite the blistering summer day, the Mardi Gras vibe was exuberant. Thank you to our wonderful CityKidz team for putting this event together, from entertainment to refreshments.

Most importantly, THANK YOU TO OUR PARENTS for taking such a keen interest in your child’s education. It was lovely getting to meet our new parents and putting faces to the WhatsApp numbers we have been communicating with until now. This was indeed a magical and memorable Mardi Gras tea party.
