Mother’s Day celebrations 2015

On Saturday, the 09th of May, CityKidz hosted their very first Mother’s Day Picnic- and what a day it was! The day started bright and early and we were so lucky to have such splendid weather. The face painting stall was particularly popular as the children queued up to have their faces painted in    colourful designs. The jumping   castles were also a popular attraction with our jumpers taking part in the action.

Games for the kids and parents involved netball matches. The Dads put up a great fight against the formidable Mom’s team. The parents and children enjoyed picnicking on the field, the tea garden, and food stalls. The fun carried on well into the afternoon. The Mother’s Day raffle was won by Lebogang Koka in 4A. His Mom was thrilled to receive the hamper on Mother’s Day.

A BIG thank you must go to all who helped, participated and attended on the day. It was a great success, helping us to raise funds. We have already bought LSM/equipment. Thank you! Thank you!!
